I used a premade external style sheet.
Creating this example in HTML-kit build 290
took me 1hr and 10 mins.
Though HTML-kit lacks a roll over image creator, or
an extensive table creator, coding went smoothly, easily and quickly.
However, notice the roll over images at the bottom of the table.
I've noticed that when a roll over image is created using a built in function
the CSS A:visited,A:hover, pseudo classes are negated. While creating a roll over
image manually will not negate the CSS classes, and thus you get blemishes.
